Intro to Springboard

Intro to Springboard
Elevate Your Practice with Resistance
Have you ever wondered about the Tower on the Cadillac? If you are looking to bring some zest and vigor to your Pilates practice, our Intro to Springboard class is designed for you. This unique adaptation of the Pilates Cadillac allows for an active and engaging challenge of strength, flexibility, and balance.
By working directly against spring resistance, you will magnify your concentration, focus, and control. This dedicated class forces each side of your body to work independently, promoting balanced strength and helping you correct imbalances you may not even realize you have.
Why Try Springboard?
- Deep Core Stability: The independent spring resistance requires intense stabilization from your core.
- Unilateral Movement: Because each limb works against its own spring, you can effectively address muscle discrepancies between your left and right sides.
- Versatile Apparatus: You will learn to use the Push Through Bar, Roll Down Bar, and various detachable springs to enhance your movement patterns.
- Small Group Focus: Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 participants, ensuring you receive personalized attention and support.
