SUMMARY:Sound bath with Christopher Cole
DESCRIPTION:A gong meditation…imagine yourself lying on a fabulous beach and giant waves of beautiful sound are washing over you. Really! That’s what it’s like. Participants lay on a yoga mat/blanket and he plays wonderful sounds of the Gongs\, Singing Bowls\, and Bells for an hour. I bring all of my skill as a healer and my purest intent to benefit everyone\, to this hour. The effect is therapeutic: you feel more balances and aligned on all levels\, you leave feeling refreshed and awakened. You may also experience an energy release that clears up past traumas and diseases.
